Jill Black is a social worker, a wife, and a mother of 2 children in Hamilton County Schools. Jill moved to Hamilton County in 2005 to work for the local chapter of Stand for Children to advocate for improvements to the public education system. From there, Jill worked for the City of Chattanooga in the Dept. of Neighborhood Services and Community Development, then as a PATH trainer teaching foster parents for the State of Tennessee. Most recently, Jill worked as a case manager for the CHOICES program under TennCare.
